| Frequently Asked Questions Q. When I pull up my information, it is incorrect. How do I make changes? A. Click on the "Personal Profile" button, and at the next screen enter your password. At this point you may edit anything on your page except your name and the company’s address information. Make sure to include your email address and a link to any other Web sites you have. NOTE: Any changes you make to your personal
profile, please be sure to inform your local association of the change. Q. I’m not listed…why? A. Updates are sent to the site on a weekly basis. If you are a new agent it’s possible your information hasn’t been sent yet. If this isn’t the case, please contact us and we will look into the problem. If you are a non-member, your information will not be listed on the site. Q. The company profile information is incorrect, how do I correct it? A. This data can only be changed by
the broker in that office. When you log into the network, and try to edit
the personal profile of a company, you will need the Broker’s license
number for the password. A. Your password is your License
number (i.e. 6501……). If this does not work, try putting in your
license number without the prefix numbers 6501. Q. How do I upload my photo? A. Go to your personal profile page. Click on "Photo Upload" Image file types (.JPG) are supported.
